HDPE Tarpaulin

High-strength, multi-layered, flexible, dust-proof, waterproof, yet light-weight tarpaulins are designed to protect the materials from wind, air, and sunlight. It is manufactured by sandwich lamination using virgin-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which yields multi-layered sheets. Tarpaulins are then fabricated by a specialised heat-sealing process to develop a high-strength, multi-layered, specially designed tarpaulin. Our tarpaulin offers superior resistance to UV rays, extreme weather conditions, and wear and tear. Unique features

UV treatment of 5% on the top layer, which lasts for more than 12 months even in harsh weather conditions.
High tensile and breaking strengths of more than 1000 N in machine direction and 700 N in cross direction.
Corrosion-proof metallic eyelets with a distance of approximately 1 metre all along the edges, and the eyelets are further reinforced with extra-strong pieces of PP fabric or rope.
